Terms of service

1. The service

Team Continue provides software for handover interviews, playbooks and questions about them. We may improve or change features, and will tell you in advance about changes that reduce what you get.

2. Accounts

The person who creates a company account confirms they may act for that company. Keep login details private and tell us straight away about any misuse.

3. Your content

Content you add stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service. Don't add passwords, special categories of personal data or other people's sensitive information to interviews.

4. AI answers

Answers are based on what was said in interviews and show their source. They can be incomplete or wrong. Check important decisions before acting on them.

5. Plans and payment

Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Prices exclude VAT. You can cancel any time; the plan then runs until the end of the paid period.

6. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit.

7. Ending

When an account ends, you can export your playbooks for 30 days. After that, data is deleted.

8. Law

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in [city].
