Who we are

Team Continue is a service of [company name], registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce under number [KvK number], [address]. Contact: privacy@teamcontinue.com.

Two roles

For the content of handover interviews and handovers, your employer is the controller and we are the processor. A processor agreement covers this. For account details and this website, we are the controller.

What we process

• Account details: name, work email, company, role, country.
• Handover content: interview answers, check-ins, handovers, and questions colleagues ask.
• Billing details, handled by our payment provider.
• Technical data needed to run the service securely, such as login times.

Why

To provide the service you or your employer signed up for, to keep it secure, and to send service messages. We don't sell data and we don't use handover content for marketing.

AI processing

Interviews and answers are processed with Anthropic's Claude API. Content is not used to train AI models.

Where and how long

Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt). Holiday and sick-leave handovers expire 7 days after the person returns unless kept by the owner. Exit handovers are kept until the company deletes them. Account data is deleted within 30 days after an account is closed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, or object to processing. If your data was shared by your employer, we'll forward your request to them. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
