Questions about pricing
Who counts as a covered person?
Anyone with an active handover: someone who did a handover interview or does regular check-ins. Colleagues who only ask questions are free, however many there are.
Why are prices different per region?
Salaries and budgets differ a lot across Europe. Prices follow that, so a team in Warsaw pays a fair price relative to a team in Amsterdam. Your region is set by your company's country.
Can I start with a single exit handover?
Yes. If you choose a plan within 30 days, the full price of the exit handover is deducted from your first invoices, so trying it costs you nothing extra.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
What happens after the try-out?
Your handover stays readable for 30 days. After that, choose a plan to keep going, or do nothing — your data is deleted automatically.
Do you offer a pilot for larger teams?
Yes. A free 30-day pilot with up to 10 handovers. All we ask is a two-minute survey at the end. Request a pilot.
Can I talk to someone?
Everything is set up in the app, with a short guide and demo video, so you don't need a call to get started. Questions are welcome by email at hello@teamcontinue.com; we reply within two working days.
